I am trained through Heroic Public Benefit Corporation, and I bring this framework together with over 12 years of clinical experience supporting people through real-life change.

From there, we co-create a plan that feels achievable and aligned — including how I can best support you, and how you can step forward with clarity and confidence.
Coaching can stand alone or complement acupuncture care, depending on your needs.
Suggested Appointment Options
Most people begin with an initial-style appointment (these are 75min or 90min), especially if this is a new focus or a new phase for you, then move on to follow up options either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
