Cupping - Coming Soon
Learn the basics | 2 hours:
Curious about cupping, or wanting to feel more confident using it at home?
This workshop introduces the basics of cupping therapy in a relaxed, supportive setting. You’ll learn how to safely and effectively use cups to release muscle tension, ease everyday aches and pains, and support circulation — all in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.
What to expect:
-
A gentle introduction to cupping therapy
-
When and where cupping can be helpful
-
How to cup safely at home
-
Plenty of time to practice
-
A relaxed pace, questions encouraged
We’ll gather in my cosy lounge, take things slowly, and keep it light — with lots of laughs, no pressure, and space to learn at your own pace. This is a beautiful way to unwind, build confidence, and take home a skill you can use again and again.

Good for you if you:
-
Carry tension in your neck, shoulders, or back
-
Want practical tools to support your body at home
-
Prefer small, relaxed learning environments
-
Are curious about body-based self-care

-
Want tools that fit real life
Qigong for Grounding & Energy - Coming Soon
A hands-on Qigong workshop | 2 hours
This Qigong workshop is about reconnecting with your body, your breath, and your energy — in a way that feels accessible, calming, and real.
Together, we’ll explore:
-
Grounding
Simple, powerful practices to help you feel more stable and at home in your body. -
Finding Centre
Ways to connect with your inner calm — even when life feels busy, uncertain, or wobbly. -
Building Energy
Gentle movements that restore, recharge, and support your energy rather than depleting it.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a hands-on, heart-led workshop where we move together, laugh a little, and explore what Qigong feels like in your body.
Many people describe leaving with that sense of:
“Ahhh… I can breathe again.”
You’ll walk away with practical tools you can weave into daily life — whether that’s two minutes between meetings, or a longer practice when you need a deeper reset.
