I’m hosting a 2-hour Qigong workshop in Nelson where we’ll explore:

Building Energy – moving in ways that restore, recharge, and re-energise you.

This won’t be a lecture. It’s a hands-on, heart-led workshop where we’ll move together, laugh a little, and discover how Qigong can give you that sense of ahhh… I can breathe again.

You’ll leave with practical tools you can weave into daily life—whether that’s two minutes between meetings or a longer practice when you need deeper reset.
