What is Qigong?
Qigong is a gentle way of building the energy of your body and correcting any imbalances.
It's great for improving your mood and helping even out your energy levels over the course of your day.
Slow movements are joined with easy breathing patterns to bring you back into your body and soothe your mind.
Classes run online via zoom on
During lockdown all classes are free, though a koha is appreciated if you can afford this.
Post lockdown, 40min classes are $5; 90min classes are $15
