Qigong is a gentle way of moving and breathing that builds strength and energy. It's an amazing way to learn how to quieten your mind and find some calm during the week.

Regular qigong practice is great for reducing stress levels, improving energy and mood, and making your day to day life a little easier to tackle. 

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, though not suitable for young kids as it can be difficult to keep them settled for an entire session.
